We respect your right to delete your data.

Local-first note

Core Step Outside data is stored locally on your device. In many cases, deleting the app from your device removes that locally stored data from that device.

How to request deletion

  1. Email support@stepoutside.app with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
  2. Include any relevant email or purchase details that may help us identify support records tied to your request.
  3. We may ask for verification to protect your privacy.

We aim to complete valid deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal obligations and the limits of any third-party platform records.
